"Negotiating Your Way to the TOP" Presented by Georgia Dudley, Founder & President, EWN

This popular presentation provides new concepts on Negotiating Your Way to the Top for professional women. Have you reached the TOP?  What does the TOP look like for you?  How will you know when you have arrived?  In this presentation Georgia explores who we are as professional women, the importance of knowing what the TOP means to us, and how to navigate your way in today's business environment. This event is guaranteed to "empower" you to be a more effective business leader. Hang on to your seats and prepare to become "empowered"!

About our Speaker:

Georgia is an entrepreneur and former corporate executive. She has spent over 25 years as a sales executive and business owner with experience in executive sales management, sales team creation, sales training and development. She is one of the founders of Encore Consulting Services, Inc., a business and technology consultancy firm based in Chicago, IL with revenues of over $6 Million a year. In June of 2002 Georgia founded Empowering Women Network, Inc. (www.empoweringwomen.net) created out of her desire to help women thrive in their lives and careers, particularly younger and less experienced women. As a full time business owner and a single parent her own journey caused her to seek guidance from more experienced women who appreciated her quandaries and successes and who willingly offered important practical advice and moral support. She believes in Women Helping Women, she believes that building relationships is important to women’s success in the workplace and she believes the market is “ripe” for organizations that foster this belief.
